Cowboys vs Lions: Fanbase a little more confident, but still thinks Dallas will lose

The Dallas Cowboys were able to go to Pittsburgh last Sunday night and pull off an upset win over the Steelers. Last week, we asked the fanbase if they thought Dallas would beat Pittsburgh and only 27% thought it would happen. Congrats to that 27%.

This week the Cowboys are at home, but are still underdogs. The Detroit Lions come into the game as three-point favorites according to FanDuel. The Cowboys are still suffering from the injury bug as Micah Parsons, DeMarcus Lawrence and Brandin Cooks remain out. Joining them is a key veteran in the middle of the defense, linebacker Eric Kendricks. The one good note on injuries is that DaRon Boland is close to making his debut.

The Lions are coming off a bye week and are well-rested, as well as getting their center back, Frank Ragnow. They are 3-1 on the season and boast an array of attacking weapons on offense.

We asked you two questions earlier in the week. One was whether you were confident in the direction of the franchise. That number has seen a noticeable uptick with the two consecutive victories. After the Ravens game the number had plummeted all the way to 5% believing in the right direction. In out latest poll, that number is 37%.

We also asked if you thought the Cowboys would be the Lions in Week 6. Only 26% see a win this week.

Also. a national audience believes that the Lions will cover the three-point spread.
