Dallas Cowboys training camp coverage from social media: Highlights from practice #6
It was a solid practice on Tuesday and some key players proved they were ready to take the 2024 season head-on. Here is a review of todays practice.
Wednesday’s practice was Heroes Appreciation Day.
We saw the return of the “Mojo Moment” and the defense won the moment today.

Everyone is hoping Israel Mukuamu takes the next step. This interception shows he’s not ready to quit yet.
Then he did it again!
Mazi Smith is now stacking good practices and showing he’s ready to take on an important role on defense this year.
Mazi Smith eats the double team (like a true NT) and it clogs the RB lane.
Afterwards, he and Brock Hoffman have words after Mazi tries to sling him at the end of the block. #Cowboys

Dak Prescott throws a perfect ball to Brandin Cooks for the touchdown. Dak had one of his best practices today we’ve seen from him, throwing darts and touchdowns all around the field. His connection with Cooks is really improved so far this season. He’s also making the most of his time with Jalen Tolbert.
LB Willie Harvey Jr. getting a pick, the previous play he was great defending the flat.
Marshawn Kneeland walks the tackle backwards.
Luke Schoonmaker scores one down the middle. That play is looking lethal at the moment.
The camps first fight broke out.
Jourdan Lewis has been balling out at Oxnard so far. He’s really proving to be a solid defensive back which only adds to the excitement of the triple threat at the cornerback position.
